Story Foundry is a story development studio providing professional creative services to independent filmmakers, writers, producers and storytellers.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Every project is unique.

The scope of work, deliverables, fees and timescales will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation.

Your original ideas remain yours.

Story Foundry makes no claim of ownership over concepts, stories or intellectual property provided by you.

Where Story Foundry creates original written material as part of an agreed commission, ownership and usage rights will be defined within the individual client agreement.

All client information is treated as confidential.

Story Foundry will never share your screenplay, treatment, pitch materials or project details without your written permission unless required by law.

Where requested, Story Foundry is happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any project discussions begin.

Story development is collaborative by nature.

While Story Foundry provides professional advice and recommendations, all creative decisions remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Where revisions are included within a service, the number of revision rounds will be specified before work begins.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur further charges.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith.

While Story Foundry will always aim to meet agreed deadlines, delivery dates may occasionally change due to project complexity, client delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients will be informed promptly of any significant changes.

Story Foundry provides professional creative development services.

We cannot guarantee that any screenplay or project will receive funding, publication, production, distribution, competition success or commercial success.

Creative outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

All original content, branding, logos, text and graphics displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Story Foundry unless otherwise stated.

They may not be reproduced without written permission.

Any personal information submitted through this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
